Overview

The Master System Kai is a compact Power Base Converter which allows you to play Sega Master System games on a Sega Genesis Model 1 or 2! This amazing example of modern technology making gaming more accessible opens up the ability to play the Master System without owning the console itself with the far more common Genesis models!

Compatibility

The Master System Kai is not compatible with the Sega Genesis Model 3 and has not been tested with modern reproduction consoles. The MSK will not play Sega "My Cards." The following games are incompatible:

• SG-1000 Games
• 4 Pak All Action (selecting any game goes back to the main menu)
• Alien 3
• F-16 Fighter/F-16 Fighting Falcon (this is due to the game using a legacy SG-1000 video mode which is not supported on Genesis hardware)
• Street Fighter II (automatically selects two-player mode, game is playable otherwise)

The Master System Kai is covered by the standard Sega Replay 90 Day Warranty.

SHORT DESCRIPTION: We guarantee all products to arrive in working condition and be as described. If this condition is not met, we only offer replacements of the same product. If the same product is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for frivolous reasons, i.e., you don't like the content of a game, ordered the incorrect product, changed your mind, etc. Small businesses like ours simply cannot support such returns and remain fiscally viable. The following subjects detail the specifics of our policies.

DEFECT- [Software] All reproduction software is guaranteed to work within the means prescribed in respective listings. If a game is found to be non-functional, contact us for troubleshooting and replacement if no solution can be found. [Hardware] All hardware including peripherals is guaranteed to function for a minimum of 30 Days unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any item which fails before 90 calendar days will be replaced if possible, refunded if not.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - Depending upon the product, we may require the item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped. Any order with a value of $100 USD or more must be submitted to a shipping insurance claim. We will handle this process but will not be able to replace or refund the product(s) until the insurance claim has been approved.

INCORRECT PRODUCT - If you receive a product other than what you ordered, simply contact us and we will send the correct product.

LOST IN TRANSIT - For all items of a value over 10 USD, we obtain and provide and tracking number. If a product becomes lost (as determined by the shipper, i.e. USPS, Fedex, etc), we will replace the item at no cost to the customer at no cost. If the item is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, first, check with your neighbors, if not, please wait at least 5 business days for the errant item to arrive (we've found this to often be the case). If after that time has elapsed and the item hasn't arrived, we will consider the item lost and ship a replacement. Any order with a value of $100 USD or more must be submitted to a shipping insurance claim. We will handle this process but will not be able to replace or refund the product(s) until the insurance claim has been approved.
