We have tested this power supply on an OEM Sega Dreamcast and found it to power on, and power the disc drive with OEM software. The unit is 25 yeas old so with this factored in, we guarantee the power supply to be in working order for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt as verified by shipment tracking. Should the unit fail before this time period has expired, you must contact us before midnight, US Central Standard time on the 30th day to report the issue. We will require a return of the unit to verify the condition at which time we will refund the original purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping/packing cost.
