We have tested this drive on an OEM Sega Dreamcast with OEM software and found it to read as expected and without issue. The unit is 25 yeas old so with this factored in, we guarantee the drive to be in working order for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt as verified by shipment tracking. Should the unit fail before this time period has expired, you must contact us before midnight, US Central Standard time on the 30th day to report the issue. We will require a return of the unit to verify the condition at which time we will refund the original purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping/packing cost.
