This was a unique find; it's not too often I find something like this in such good condition! After a quick wipe-down, an inspection did not reveal so much as a scuff on the base which seems to indicate this unit was never used. It came in its original packaging including plastic wrap, so this is a real possibility. The box is a little worse for wear but still intact, and the manual, like the wheel, didn't appear used, only having a bend to it from the way it was positioned in the package for over 25 years. Unit was tested on OEM hardware and functioned perfectly.
