Instructions:

- For save memory management, hold down the controller "left" shoulder button and power on the console to bring you to the Saturn memory manager.

- While in game, many games will offer the option to save to either the internal system RAM or the external RAM cartridge.

Troubleshooting (Cartridge not recognized):

This is a common issue with the Saturn cartridge slot, particularly when first using a give cartridge or if using for the first time in a while.

Use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the slot internally. Wait 1 hour for the alcohol to evaporate. This may vary depending upon how much alcohol you used.
Cartridge will not read. Be sure the selector on the top of the cartridge is in the correct corresponding position before powering on the console.
With the console powered off, quickly remove and insert the cartridge with some force, 3-5 times. Power on the console (this helps scrape away corrosion on the contact points that alcohol won't necessarily remove. This is a surprisingly effective method and the one we use the most).
