With this simple premise, we have organized our entire business. Beginning with our own frustrations purchasing poor quality reproductions online, we set out to make a better experience for all Sega fans.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all products if returned within 30 days. We will replace any defective or inadequate product. As a small business, we cannot cover return shipping, but will ship the replacement to you for free.
Shipping Guarantee
We provide tracking information for all products sold with a value of $20 or more. If a product goes missing before arriving at the address provided, we will allow for an additional 2 weeks for the product to turn up. If it is not delivered in that time, we will ship a replacement at no cost to the customer.
Quality Assurance
We test all reproduction games we produce prior to shipping to assure compatibility. The customer is responsible to assure their system meets the necessary requirements to run reproduction games.
Hardware Modification and Reproduction Games
The Sega Genesis and Sega CD will play any software coded for NTSC North America. As such, no hardware modifications are required to run reproduction games.
The Sega Saturn requires a boot loader such as the Pseudo Saturn Kai in order to play reproduction games.
The Sega Dreamcast does not require modifications to run, but must be manufactured BEFORE November 2000 and be a NTSC North American model in order to function. You are responsible for checking the manufacturing date and region before purchasing reproduction software.
Chargebacks
We honor our return policies so long as the customer honors their part of the agreement. As such, we reserve the right to block any customer who abuses the credit card or other payment processor chargeback system.
