This title will only play on a Dreamcast model produced BEFORE October 2000. Additionally, due to the nature of the Dreamcast laser, if you unit is even slightly out of calibration, it may not work. SEGA CD discs do not require any special device or modification to work.

SEGA SATURN discs REQUIRE a Pseudo Saturn Kai or similar bootloader in order to function.

SEGA DREAMCAST discs will only work with consoles manufactured BEFORE October 2000 (check the date on the bottom of the unit to confirm).

Sega Replay DOES NOT SELL GAME ROMs but provide free backup copies of out-of-production titles for games preservation purposes in accordance with PUBLIC LAW 100-667—NOV. 16, 1988 and other related legal rulings. Should a retro title be placed back in production by the intellectual property rights holder, or a licensee there of, we will cease offering that title in accordance with the above-referenced law and similar court rulings. By providing you a reproduction, or "backup copy" disc, we assume you own an original, commercially-produced copy of the title and are seeking a backup copy as a means of preserving your original software due to the limited amount of times a disc can be played before wearing out. Sega Replay ONLY charges for the material, time, and effort to create your craft product, NOT for the game code.

MATERIALS USED

DISCS. We use only the highest-quality discs and have spent much time researching and testing available discs before settling on archival quality media we currently use. By using high-quality media, your game will play with increased reliability (especially with old reading lasers) and will have man more replays before the disc wears out. We test each disc on OEM hardware prior to shipping, no exceptions.

DISC ART. We've invested in high end disc printer to provide remarkable quality art on the disc. For discs which were originally printed on a reflective surface, we replicate this through print as close as possible.

JEWEL CASES. Again, we spent much time and resources testing various manufacturers before settling upon a style which is nearly identical to the OEM cases in both look and quality.

LONG BOX QUALITY. We use new long boxes which are a modern second-run. These are nearly identical in look and material to the OEM .

REPRODUCTION ART/INSERTS. We use only high-quality, thick-stock (weight) photo paper for the back and spine (contained in the see-through acrylic case). We've spent much time experimenting to find the best facsimile to the cover, rear, and spines.

REPRODUCTION MANUALS. Our rendition of the stock manuals comes with a rigid cover for long boxes and semi-rigid for jewel cases. We use semi-gloss pages which closely resemble the originals. The manual is in color or black/white where the originals are. Please note; we are unable to do embossing so covers such as those found on many Working Designs manuals are flat but we match the color and look as best as possible through clever art design.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

SHORT DESCRIPTION: We guarantee all products to arrive in working condition and be as described. If this condition is not met, we only offer replacements of the same product. If the same product is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for frivolous reasons, i.e., you don't like the content of a game, ordered the incorrect product, changed your mind, etc. Small businesses like ours simply cannot support such returns and remain fiscally viable. The following subjects detail the specifics of our policies.

DEFECT- [Software] All reproduction software is guaranteed to work within the means prescribed in respective listings. If a game is found to be non-functional, contact us for troubleshooting and replacement if no solution can be found. [Hardware] All hardware including peripherals is guaranteed to function for a minimum of 30 Days unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any item which fails before 30 calendar days will be replaced if possible, refunded if not.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - Depending upon the product, we may require the item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped. Any order with a value of $100 USD or more must be submitted to a shipping insurance claim. We will handle this process but will not be able to replace or refund the product(s) until the insurance claim has been approved.

INCORRECT PRODUCT - If you receive a product other than what you ordered, simply contact us and we will send the correct product.

GAME MANUALS - All game manuals are based upon the scans archived to segaretro.org minus the warranty card. We only guarantee the manual to meet this standard, anything beyond that is not warrantied unless explicitly arrange with us when ordering (i.e., customization or a different scan of the manual).

LOST IN TRANSIT - For all items of a value over 10 USD, we obtain and provide and tracking number. If a product becomes lost (as determined by the shipper, i.e. USPS, Fedex, etc), we will replace the item at no cost to the customer at no cost. If the item is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, first, check with your neighbors, if not, please wait at least 5 business days for the errant item to arrive (we've found this to often be the case). If after that time has elapsed and the item hasn't arrived, we will consider the item lost and ship a replacement. Any order with a value of $100 USD or more must be submitted to a shipping insurance claim. We will handle this process but will not be able to replace or refund the product(s) until the insurance claim has been approved.
