Instructions:

- Select the ram cart function via a switch on the top of the cartridge prior to starting the console. (P/1M: for titles that required 1M extension RAM, P/4M: for titles that required 4M extension RAM). P/S:

- For save memory management, hold down the controller "left" shoulder button and power on the console to bring you to the Saturn memory manager.

- While in game, to return to the PSK menu, hold "Start/A/B/C" buttons simultaneously (Sometimes you will need to do this more than once to exit all the way back. Certain games such as homebrews and fan translations will often not work with this trick).

Troubleshooting (Cartridge not recognized):

This is a common issue with the Saturn cartridge slot, particularly when first using a give cartridge or if using for the first time in a while.

Use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the slot internally. Wait 1 hour for the alcohol to evaporate. This may vary depending upon how much alcohol you used.
Cartridge will not read. Be sure the selector on the top of the cartridge is in the correct corresponding position before powering on the console.
With the console powered off, quickly remove and insert the cartridge with some force, 3-5 times. Power on the console (this helps scrape away corrosion on the contact points that alcohol won't necessarily remove. This is a surprisingly effective method).
