Our Grading System
Our system is simple to understand but comprehensive enough to be effective. We rate each product component on a 1-10 scale and then combine the scores on a 10 point scale. Each component is awarded up to 2.0 points toward the total 10.0 point score. Scoring is based on overall condition. Anything below “average” does not receive any points. Points are awarded as follows: As a Sega-centric company, each console has a grading subset specialized for the packing of it’s products.

To get a basic $1 grade, complete the form below and attach clear pictures of all sides of the unit, all sides of the cartridge/disc and a short video moving case around at angles, moving the cartridge/disc around at all angles, and flipping through the manual page by page. If the game is sealed in factory wrap, take pictures from all angles and provide a short video moving the box around at all angles. Upload these with your request and select your options. Upon completion, you will receive a link to pay via our website checkout.

$30 + 10% |
Physical inspection and consignment. Includes digital certificate, physical certificate, Youtube inspection video posted on our channel, and listing on all our online platforms (included in our paid online advertising campaigns). Customers can verify your rating via a simple lookup form on our website via your unique rating ID. You can link to our Youtube video to show off you product. We will hold your product until sold and manage the fulfillment with the customer including support. We will deduct a 10% commission on the final resale cost and remit the balance back to you. A minimum sale price will be agreed upon in advance. |
