Crafting quality reproductions takes time. Rescuing broken consoles is tedious. Time is limited. 

At Sega Replay, we work diligently, often late into the night, but it still takes time. The least we can do is keep you informed as to the expected wait time for production of your new treasure!

The times below are approximate and updated regularly to reflect our current workload. These times do not include shipping transit time (but we’ve found the average from our central location to be about 3 days).

A special note about manuals – These are the most time consuming product we create. If it’s a manual we have already created a template for, than the time is drastically reduced. If not, we must take the manual scan and then go page by page, pixel by pixel, to clean up the image so that it will print back out like a new manual. This typically takes about 4 hours per manual. Beyond the creation of the manual, to give it the “feel” you would expect, we must put it in a book press for at least 8 hours. We are able to press 4 manuals per day with our current machine.
